Access Croydon

The council has made Access Croydon faster, smarter, better by creating a new customer space that brings all services together, offers more flexible choices and a better service for residents.

Your new Access Croydon is now open at Bernard Weatherill House.  You can also access the services at the New Addington location below.

If you require a service, One Stop Reception will carry out a preliminary assessment of your needs and if appropriate refer you on for a more detailed assessment by a care manager. There is also a referral team based in the Contact Centre who can carry out a preliminary assessment of your needs over the phone. If Social Services cannot provide you with a service, they will try to put you in touch with other organisations that might be able to help.
