Lloyd Parkrun

Parkruns are free, but you must register in advance.

You can come any time and only need to register once, then can take part in any parkrun, anywhere. parkrun events are organised by local volunteers-normally 4-12 volunteers per event.

Each event takes about one hour of a volunteer's time and Lloyd parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am in Lloyd Park, Croydon.

It's a 5 km run (but you can run-walk), timed and with your time rated according to your age. We have all ages of runners and it's fun.
