The Stanley People’s Initiative is a group of residents from SE25 and the local area who want to see the wonderful Stanley Halls on South Norwood Hill running as a place of entertainment, community, arts, enterprise and learning once again. We are committed to the improvement of Stanley Halls in order to commercially and socially regenerate the Halls and South Norwood.
