We work with people who have experienced mental health issues. We aim to help all those who come to us to realise their full potential as individuals and participating members of society.
We offer a three out-of-hours club/ drop-ins each week, one on Monday evenings in South Croydo, one on Friday evenings in Norbury and one on a Sunday afternoon at St Mildred centre in Addiscombe. We also have a women only club every Tuesday.
These clubs welcome anybody in the Croydon area who has or is recovering from mental illness or distress.
We also hold a number of workshops each week including creative writing, art group and meditation and wellbeing.
We have a welfare support project which helps people with benefits.
From September 2017 we will have a new project called Stop the Revolving Door, which will include other activities and training in mental health awareness.
